Our Leadership
Patty Phillips — Principal
Mrs. Patty Phillips serves as the Principal of Palm Bay Elementary School and Palm Bay Preparatory Academy. With more than 20 years of experience in education, she is dedicated to fostering academic excellence, maintaining high expectations, and cultivating a warm, family-centered school culture where all students can succeed. Mrs. Phillips holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and a Master of Science in Educational Leadership, both from Florida State University. Her leadership is grounded in a commitment to student achievement, meaningful relationships, and strong partnerships with families and the community.
Dakota Hendrick — Assistant Principal
Dakota Hendrick serves as the Assistant Principal of Palm Bay Preparatory Academy. Mr. Hendrick is currently entering his 9th year in education, and is passionate about building positive relationships with students, parents, staff, and other community members, to enhance the educational experience for all community members. Mr. Hendrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from Indiana University Southeast and a Master of Science in Educational Leadership from Oakland City University. He is devoted to providing students with a transformative learning experience that encourages students to achieve their highest potential in their post-secondary lives.
