Our Leadership
Patty Phillips — Principal
Mrs. Patty Phillips serves as the Principal of Palm Bay Elementary School and Palm Bay Preparatory Academy. With more than 20 years of experience in education, she is dedicated to fostering academic excellence, maintaining high expectations, and cultivating a warm, family-centered school culture where all students can succeed. Mrs. Phillips holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and a Master of Science in Educational Leadership, both from Florida State University. Her leadership is grounded in a commitment to student achievement, meaningful relationships, and strong partnerships with families and the community.
Heather Clark — Assistant Principal
Heather Clark serves as the Assistant Principal of Palm Bay Elementary School, where she works closely with families, teachers, and students. She is currently in her 17th year in education and is passionate about creating a positive, student-centered learning environment. Heather holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Bachelor’s degrees in Special Education and Elementary Education from the University of West Florida. She is committed to empowering learners and fostering academic excellence for all students.
