Palm Bay Elementary School

PantherPAWS Expectations

At Palm Bay Elementary, we believe that how we treat each other matters just as much as what we learn. PantherPAWS is our shared framework for building a school community where every student feels safe, respected, and ready to grow.

These expectations apply in every space — classrooms, hallways, the cafeteria, and beyond. And because we want students to carry these habits home, we invite families to use the same language too.

What PAWS Means

PPracticing Kindness

We choose kind words and kind actions, every day. Kindness is something we practice — it grows stronger the more we use it.

AActing Responsibly

We own our choices and do what we say we will do. Being responsible means thinking ahead and following through.

WWorking with Integrity

We do our best work and are honest, even when no one is watching. Integrity means doing the right thing because it’s the right thing.

SShowing Respect

We treat people, property, and ideas with care. Respect means listening, taking turns, and honoring what matters to others.

The Palm Bay Way Pledge

I pledge today to practice kindness,
act responsibly,
work with integrity,
and show respect;
because today matters and my future is built on one day at a time.
